| Once again we wanted to thank you, Captain Neil and Bruce for making our experience so memorable.We have been discussing how we will make it a lasting memory and have decided to make a DVD with music and our pictures taken that day.Captain Neil told us that March 10 was an unusual day in that the Sun, Earth, and the moon were perfectly aligned causing the lowest of tides and the highest of high tides on that particular day. He said something like it was “truly an extraordinary day:, and we thought for “an extraordinary lady.”We would like to get the quote right. As we discussed that night, we have many similarities and interests in common, starting with our infinity from great watches like the “stainless steel Daytona,” our drive to be successful and most of all, how to have a great party.I was very impressed with your story of growing a business from one boat to a fleet of 82 luxury ships. | I would just like to formally thank you for all you and your staff did on our Connecticut River Cruise last week.Since then, I have received many accolades regarding the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the boat, the quality of the food and overall positive feedback from our employees.As I mentioned to you, I am always looking for a unique place to hold our SNET meetings. | I just wanted to tell you what a fabulous time the group had sailing on the Lions Whelp on Tuesday July 24th. Not only did the weather cooperate with us, the yacht was beautiful. The Captain, as well as the staff, was gracious and very attentive to the needs of the group. Upon returning back to work, many of the executives commented on the delicious food and great time they had aboard the yacht. Having such a memorable event definitely had an impact on the overall success of our entire meeting that was held that week. | Just wanted to say thank you for making the arrangements for our group on Friday, May 18th, to take the dinner cruise. Sun Dream is an outstanding vessel. My attendees were in awe at the stature of the yacht. We had seen many others at the docks of the Fisher Island Club and none compare to the Sun Dream. Some of the comments were ” Is this our boat: You’ve got to be kidding-we get to go on this” “Wow- this is awesome”" You really know how to do things up right”Diane and the crew were very friendly and accommodating. He food was delicious and the service was outstanding. Everyone was having such a good time that we all lost track of the time and did not realize when we docked. Dear Yacht Charter Group. On behalf of our President and the entire of Eastbridge Group, I want to thank you for engaging Captain Frank Rogers and his motor yacht, the real Escape. Our 10th anniversary cruise up the Connecticut River could not have been better. Captain Rogers and his crew were attentive to our every need, without being intrusive. That is a rare skill. They anticipated our needs and suggested options that added significantly to the enjoyment of the trip for everyone, young and old. You and your company were wonderfully accommodating. You provided not only the service we needed, but acted as a consultant, helping us pay attention to details that otherwise might have been overlooked. Finding the appropriate girt to present to our President and founder on the occasion, was a “value added” service that I greatly appreciated. Finally, “Cloud Nine” caterers prepared and delivered excellent snacks and sandwiches. In summary, it was a smashing success! Thank you again and please share this with Captain and his crew. |

July 22, 2010 Dear Yacht Charter Group, First let me apologize for my tardiness in writing this letter. It’s been quite a hectic few months since our trip to Palm Beach in April and now summer is half over—where has the time gone! I’ve made several international trips in addition to my normal domestic travels plus numerous family activities & commitments (three sons – to in college & one a sophomore in high school). I wanted to let you and your staff/crew know how much we all enjoyed our yacht cruise and appreciate the excellent job that everyone did to ensure we have a wonderful experience.
